Job Overview:
- Role: Technician 3
- Location: Lincoln
- Contract: 27th Aug’26-18th Sep’26
- Pay Rates:
- Umbrella Rate: £25.75/hour (via a Hays approved umbrella company).
- PAYE Basic Rate: £19.85/hour
- Hours: 37.5 hours a week. Monday – Friday.
- Time: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Engineers to support Project Manager on-site for Project Vespa – Win11 Laptop Refresh,
- Must have SC Clearance
- Engineer – Vespa Refresh
- Perform device refresh activity including install, power‑on and basic validation in line with the agreed delivery model.
- Support users during onboarding, resolving issues to get them operational at point of handover
- Rebuild or reconfigure devices that fail or malfunction during onboarding using provided tools.
- Support clinic and site‑based delivery models, working to scheduled slots and throughput targets.
- Work as part of a delivery team to meet planned throughput and site‑level targets.
Key Requirements:
Candidates must be SC clearance.
