Job Overview:
The role involves supporting the full device migration process, including setting up the Migration and Refresh Clinic, transporting devices between onsite storage and the clinic as directed by the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager, and logging into required systems using provided devices.
The individual updates the workflow management system accurately at each stage, performs daily manual stock checks, assists in securing all equipment at the end of the day, and collaborates closely with the Post‑Migration Technical Support Specialist and Site Manager to ensure smooth and compliant project operations.

Location: Lincoln LN5 9NB
Salary: PAYE – £19.85/hr (Basic) and UMB – £25.77/hr
Contract Length: ASAP to 3-Mar-26
Shift Time: Mon - Fri 09:00 to 17:30

Key responsibilities:

• Migration Set-up
• Set-up Refresh Clinic
• Move the required quantity of devices as instructed by the
• Contractor Engineer and Site Manager from the onsite storage location to the
• Refresh Clinic location
• Login to any system as required via device(s) provided by
• The contractor’s engineer and Site Manager and under their instructions
• Correctly update the Contractor’s workflow management system
• At all relevant steps
• Seek guidance as required from the Post Migration Technical
• Support Specialist and Site Manager
• Assist in conducting daily stock checks and reports
• Findings to the Contractor Engineer and Site Manager
• Assist in securing the devices in the onsite storage
• Location at the end of each day.

Essentials Skills:
