Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Deployment Engineers to support the Project Manager on-site for (Windows 11 Laptop Refresh) . The role will involve deploying new devices and providing hands-on support to end users during the migration process.
- Location: Bristol
- Contract: 8th June’26 – 12th Aug’26
- Pay Rates:
Umbrella Rate: £25.75/hour (via a Hays approved Umbrella company).
PAYE Basic Rate: £19.85/hour
- Hours: 37.5 hours a week. Monday – Friday.
- Time: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure Windows 11 laptops for end users
- Provide onsite support during device rollouts
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues during deployment
- Assist users with setup, data migration, and access-related queries
- Ensure minimal disruption to business operations during refresh activities
- Work closely with the Project Manager and wider IT teams
- Document issues, resolutions, and deployment progress
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in laptop/desktop deployment projects
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments
- Experience with device imaging, configuration, and rollout processes
- Good troubleshooting skills across hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication and user-facing support skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Mandatory Requirement:
- Active SC Clearance (Security Check) is required.
