Job Overview:
We are seeking a Deployment Support Technician to assist with end-user computer deployments at our Glasgow site. You will manage scheduling, prepare documentation, set up deployment areas, and provide basic technical assistance to ensure a smooth transition for users receiving new devices.

- Location: On-site – Glasgow, PA4 9AF
- Daily Rate: £14.54 (PAYE) OR £18.87 per hour (via an approved umbrella company)
- Contract Length: 08-Dec-2025 to 31-Dec-2025
- Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
• Review Inventox scheduling software for daily deployments
• Print schedules and prepare user-specific documentation
• Set up and maintain deployment area daily
• Conduct deployment meetings and explain processes to users
• Distribute devices and provide basic technical assistance
• Maintain accurate asset logs and track AM/PM deployment cycles
• Secure equipment and ensure all old devices are accounted for

Key Requirements:
• Previous experience in IT deployment or technical support
• Strong organisational and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Basic troubleshooting knowledge for hardware/software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
