About the role
As a Technician 2 with expertise in the IT domain, you will collaborate with our client’s Technical team. You will be responsible for Technical/IT support.

Contract Period: Start Date : 29-Oct-2025 and End Date : 27-Mar-2026
Location: Edinburgh

Roles and Responsibilities:
Resources will provide deskside and floorwalking support to NatWest colleagues during the migration from Zoom to Microsoft Teams. This includes end-user assistance, coaching, “how do I?” guidance, and adoption support following induction training delivered by QA trainers. The resource will work in tandem with another technician floorwalking on site, and a local resource can be used.
Engineers will:
Support colleagues with Microsoft Teams queries such as:
• Setting up/joining meetings, calls, and chat
• Sharing and collaborating on documents in Teams
• Troubleshooting login or MFA issues
• Fixing Teams/Outlook calendar integration
Resolve end-user issues (audio/video not working, connectivity problems, app crashes, sync errors).
Coach colleagues on “how do I?” questions (e.g. sharing screens, adjusting notifications, using the mobile app).
Direct users to self-serve resources and digital training content.
Capture recurring issues and knowledge gaps to feed back to the project team.
Carry out other related support tasks as required.
