Our client is currently looking for a recruit in joining their current team, below are the job details for your reference:

Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Location: Cardiff
Working Hours : 09:00am to 5:30pm
Contract Duration: 5+ Months
Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site IT support across our coverage area: Worcester, Gloucester, South West UK, and South Wales
- Provide hardware break-fix services and general troubleshooting (training available)
- Support clients with Microsoft technologies including Windows 7/10/11 and Office 365
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication standards
- Participate in an on-call rota when required
- Ensure compliance with Government and customer-specific security clearances
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential for mobile role)
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft product suite
- Experience with hardware break-fix (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent customer-facing skills and communication abilities
- Willingness to undergo necessary security clearances
