About the role
As an IT Support Engineer with expertise in Mobile IT support, you will collaborate with our client’s IT Department Team. You will be responsible for providing on-site and remote technical assistance across South Wales and the Southwest UK.

Our client is currently looking for a recruit in joining their current team, below are the job details for your reference:

Shifts:
Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site and remote IT support to key clients across South Wales and the South West UK
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues independently and as part of a team
  • Deliver break-fix hardware support (training provided if needed)
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
    Participate in on-call rota when required
  • Travel across the region using own vehicle to support mobile operations
Other stuff we’re potentially looking for:
  • Eligibility and willingness to undergo Government and client-specific security clearances
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Windows 7/10/11 and Office 365
  • Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
  • Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Timing – 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
