About the role
As an IT Support Technician with expertise in the IT domain, you will collaborate with our client’s Mobile IT Support team. You will be responsible for providing mobile, on-site IT support across the Southwest UK region, delivering hardware and software solutions to key clients.

Our client is currently looking for a recruit to join their current team. Below are the job details for your reference:

Shifts:
Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Provide on-site IT support to clients across the designated region
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues (break-fix support)
  • Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 7, 10, 11) and Office 365
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
  • Participate in an on-call rota when required
  • Must have a valid driving licence and access to a personal vehicle
  • Flexibility to travel across the region and participate in on-call support when needed.
