About the role
As an IT Support Engineer with expertise in Mobile IT support, you will collaborate with our client’s IT Department Team. You will be responsible for providing on-site and remote technical assistance across South Wales and the Southwest UK.

Shifts:
Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote IT support to key clients across South Wales and the South West UK
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues independently and as part of a team
- Deliver break-fix hardware support (training provided if needed)
- Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
Participate in on-call rota when required - Travel across the region using own vehicle to support mobile operations
Other stuff we’re potentially looking for:
- Eligibility and willingness to undergo Government and client-specific security clearances
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Windows 7/10/11 and Office 365
- Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
- Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

- This role provides mobile working access across South Wales and the Southwest UK.
- Full UK driver’s license is mandatory.
- Timing – 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
