IT Support Engineer - Bristol
About the role
As an IT Support Technician with expertise in mobile IT services, you will collaborate with our client’s technical support team. Below are more details about the job:
Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Contract: until Dec 2025Rates: upto 14.54 GBP/hour via PAYE and 18.87 GBP per hour via Umbrella
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support to key clients across South Wales and the Southwest UK
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues independently and collaboratively
- Deliver break-fix hardware support (training provided if required)
- Maintain professional communication and strong customer relationships
- Participate in an on-call rota when requested
- Travel across the region using your own vehicle
Other stuff we’re potentially looking for:
- Full UK driving licence (mandatory)
- Willingness and eligibility to undergo Government and client-specific security clearances
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Windows 7/10/11 and Office 365
- Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
