IT Support Engineer - Bristol

About the role
As an IT Support Technician with expertise in mobile IT services, you will collaborate with our client’s technical support team. You will be responsible for delivering on-site and remote IT support across South Wales and the South West UK.

Our client is currently looking for a recruit to join their current team. Below are the job details for your reference:

Shifts:
Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Provide IT support to key clients across South Wales and the Southwest UK
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues independently and collaboratively
  • Deliver break-fix hardware support (training provided if required)
  • Maintain professional communication and strong customer relationships
  • Participate in an on-call rota when requested
  • Travel across the region using your own vehicle
Other stuff we’re potentially looking for:
  • Full UK driving licence (mandatory)
  • Willingness and eligibility to undergo Government and client-specific security clearances
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Windows 7/10/11 and Office 365
  • Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
