About the role

We are looking for a dependable and technically proficient IT Support Engineer to join our Onsite BAU team. The role involves scheduled support for incidents and service requests, hardware break-fix, and remote assistance across customer sites.

Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) Onsite

Location: 71 Gain Lane - Bradford

Working Hours :

• Shift 1: 08:00 AM – 16:00 PM
• Shift 2: 09:00 AM – 17:00 PM

Contract Duration: 4 Months

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Respond to incidents and service requests scheduled by the GSC (Global Service Centre)
• Perform hardware break-fix support for HP and Dell desktops and laptops
• Resolve software-related issues and fulfil software service requests
• Provide remote support to customer sites as needed
• Communicate promptly with the Team Lead if delayed before shift start

Other stuff we’re potentially looking for:

• Proven experience in IT support, particularly in hardware break-fix and software troubleshooting
• Familiarity with HP and Dell hardware platforms
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to adhere to onsite protocols and shift punctuality expectations
