Job Overview:

We are looking to recruit Installation Technicians who will play a key role in delivering smooth and efficient desktop hardware deployments. The role requires hands‑on technical ability, attention to detail, and the flexibility to support varying business needs.

• Location: Accrington Contact Centre, 1 Globe way, The Globe Centre
• Daily Rate: A per hour rate, in-scope IR35, of £14.90/hr PAYE) OR £19.34/hr (via a Hays approved umbrella company)
• Contract Duration: 3 Months
• Working Days : Monday to Friday onsite
• Shifts: 9:00am to 5:30pm Adapt to variable shift patterns based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unbox and install desktop hardware at designated workstations.
• Connect peripherals and cables (e.g., power, network).
• Perform power-on self-tests and initiate automated system builds.
• Execute simple scripted post-login configurations as needed.
• Adapt to variable shift patterns based on business requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Basic understanding of desktop hardware and peripherals.
• Ability to follow installation scripts and procedures.
• Flexibility to work different shifts as required.
• Current UK driving license mandatory
