Job Overview:
Seeking an on-site IT support resource to assist with laptop deployments. The role involves configuring devices, updating asset records, and supporting users during setup.
- Location: London
- Contract: 13-Apr-26 – 08-May-26
- Pay Rates:
- Umbrella Rate: £18.43/hour (via a Hays approved umbrella company).
- PAYE Basic Rate: £14.20/hour
- Working days: Monday – Friday.
- Time: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Tech1 is required to complete monitor refresh work at the customer site.
- Receive kit delivered to the site and move it to the storage area.
- Transport new kit around the site from the storage area to a refreshed location.
- Remove old monitors from desks
- Prepare new monitors for desks – attach to provided stands or monitor arms at the desk and attach cables
- Remove waste and transport old monitors to the allocated area for collection by Circular Services.
- Provide reporting by 16:45 of how many desk/monitors refreshed that day, and report any issues on site.
Tools required:
- Screwdrivers – Phillips and flathead
- 2.5mm Allen key
