Job Overview:
Installation Technicians are responsible for providing desktop hardware installation services as part of a service delivery solution.
This role requires basic technical skills and attention to detail to ensure successful setup and configuration of equipment.

Tittle: Technician 1
Location: Liverpool L3 9QJ
Rate: PAYE – £13.33/hr (Basic) or UMB – £17.30/hr (Under IR35)
Start/End Date: 08-Dec-2025 to 31-Mar-2026
Work Schedule: Mon–Thur 09:00–17:30

Key Responsibilities:

• Unbox and install hardware kits at designated workstations.
• Connect peripherals and cables (e.g., power, network).
• Perform power-on self-tests to verify functionality.
• Initiate automated builds and execute simple scripted post-login configurations as required.
• Ensure compliance with installation standards and safety guidelines.
• Adapt to variable shift patterns based on business needs.

Key Requirements:

• Installation Technicians provide desktop hardware installation services where basic technical skills are required for a service delivery solution.
• Installation Technicians will typically un-box and install the kit to the desk, connect peripherals, connect cables (e.g. power and network) and perform any relevant power self-tests.
• Basic steps to start automated builds and simple scripted post-login configuration may also be required.
• Technicians may be asked to work variable shift patterns as business requires.
• 4 days per week Monday to Thursday
