We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Technician 1 Engineer to join our small, dynamic IT support team based at Raynesway. This role involves hands-on technical support across multiple sites in Derby, ensuring timely deployment, collection, and readiness of IT devices.

Shifts: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)

Location: Raynesway - Derby

Working Hours : 09:00am to 5:30pm

Contract Duration: 11+ Months

Responsibilities:

• Deploy, collect, and prepare devices across multiple site locations
• Ensure device readiness through asset management and ticket closure
• Travel between other Derby-based sites as required
• Maintain accurate records of deployments and asset status

Requirements

• Full UK driving license and UK Passport (essential)
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Basic understanding of IT hardware and asset management processes
• Willingness to travel across multiple locations within Derby
