Contract Opportunity – Technician 1

About the role
As an IT Support Technician with a focus on desktop and mobile device support, you will collaborate with our client’s Ring-Fenced Team. You will be responsible for providing flexible technical coverage across multiple customer accounts in the London area.

Our client is currently looking for a recruit to join their current team. Below are the job details for your reference:

Shifts:
Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support across London for sickness, holiday, and project coverage.
  • Support desktop and laptop hardware/software in Windows 10/11 environments (HP, Dell, Lenovo) • Assist with macOS devices including desktops and MacBooks.
  • Provide support for Office 365, Teams, and mobile devices (Apple, Android).
  • Navigate operating systems to recreate desktop shortcuts and perform setup tasks.
  • Handle moves, changes, and workstation setups.
  • Deliver excellent customer service across varied accounts
Other stuff we’re potentially looking for:
  • Full UK driving licence (mandatory)
  • Willingness and eligibility to undergo Government and client-specific security clearances
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Windows 7/10/11 and Office 365
  • Excellent customer-facing and communication skills
