Your new role
As a Technical Trainer, you will deliver engaging, hands‑on training to external customers, partners, and internal colleagues. You will design, update, and refine course materials to reflect emerging technologies and evolving industry needs. Alongside teaching, you will support learners in applying new knowledge to real‑world technical challenges and work collaboratively with product specialists to ensure training content remains accurate, relevant, and industry‑leading. This role involves both classroom and practical delivery, helping learners build confidence with modern automation and digital manufacturing equipment.
What you'll need to succeed
- A strong background in industrial automation, with recent, practical experience in programming, commissioning, or servicing automation systems within manufacturing environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly and confidently.
- Previous training experience or a genuine interest in developing as a professional trainer.
- A passion for technology, learning, and supporting others in their development.
- Permanent and current right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
- Willingness to take part in pre‑employment checks, including enhanced DBS screening, online/social media checks, and reference verification.
