Your new role

• Assist with HVAC design and specifications
• Prepare reports, schedules, and tenders
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers
• Visiting sites to assist with surveys, inspections, and commissioning
• Keeping up to date with building regs and the latest HVAC tech
• Providing after-sales support and helping with service queries
• Ensure compliance with energy efficiency standards

What you'll need to succeed

• Solid understanding of HVAC principles and mechanical systems
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Comfortable working with contractors, consultants, and suppliers
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects
• Full driving licence and flexibility for occasional site visits and training
