Our client are a large, multi-national facilities service provider with significant accounts across the UK and beyond. They are hiring an Electrical Supervisor to join their team at a large commercial public sector estate in West London.

Your new role

As Electrical Supervisor, you will lead a team of Electrical Engineers in delivering maintenance services to a multi-site public sector estate. Key duties will include:

• Line management of engineers - team of 8
• Technical support for the team
• Collaborating with mechanical and other teams
• Client engagement - weekly/monthly meetings, reports etc.
• Ensuring compliance
• Relevant administrative tasks (role is 60% office based)

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role you will require relevant experience in supervising/managing electrical and or multi-skilled engineers to deliver maintenance services to commercial property or estate. You will also require:

• Relevant engineering background (NVQ3 Electrical & 18th edition or equivalent)
• Line management experience
• Strong technical knowledge
• Experience in a client-facing role
• Strong compliance & H&S knowledge

• £52,000 salary
