Your new role

As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll lead complex, high-impact projects within the Real Time division, focusing on automation, DevSecOps, and large-scale data systems. You’ll work closely with engineering teams at varying maturity levels, helping them evolve toward a seamless, automated future. This role involves hands-on planning, stakeholder engagement, and delivery oversight across customer migrations and market data platforms.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience in real-time systems, market data, and financial services.
• Proven success working with DevSecOps teams and implementing best practices in automation.
• Experience managing customer-facing migrations and large-scale programmes.
• Ability to work across diverse tech teams, driving growth and delivery maturity.
• Hands-on project management skills: critical path planning, dependency mapping, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and soft skills, with confidence in engaging senior executives.
• Background in exchange environments or similar regulated sectors is a plus.
