Your new role
As Technical Operations Manager, you will oversee the technical and quality functions across the site, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, customer requirements, and internal policies. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, manage audits, and drive strategic improvements in technical operations, working closely with production, NPD, and senior leadership.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll have significant experience in a senior technical or quality role within the food manufacturing sector, with a strong understanding of BRC, HACCP, and retailer standards. Proven leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex technical challenges are essential.
