Technical Manager with a fantastic company (Food Manufacturing)

Your new role

As Technical Manager, you will lead the technical and quality agenda across the site, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, customer requirements, and internal policies. You’ll manage a team of quality professionals, oversee audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across production and technical functions.

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll have a strong background in food manufacturing, ideally within chilled or fresh produce, and a solid understanding of BRC, HACCP, and retailer standards. Proven leadership experience and the ability to influence cross-functional teams are essential, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
