We’re seeking a Technical Lead to guide the development and design of future-facing healthcare solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative environments, brings deep technical expertise, and understands the nuances of interoperability standards — especially HL7 FHIR.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in technical leadership and solution architecture

• Strong background in software development and system integration

• Deep understanding of interoperability standards, especially HL7 FHIR

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade architectures

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, APIs, and data exchange protocols

• Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and decision-making skills
