Technical Author !

Hays are working in partnership with a well-established and innovative employer based in Dungannon to recruit a Technical Author to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented Technical Author who enjoys translating complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation. You will play a key role in supporting both customers and internal teams by ensuring all technical content is accurate, engaging, and easy to understand.

Your New Role

As Technical Author, you will:

Develop, review, and maintain high‑quality technical documentation for products and services
Work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to gather and interpret technical information
Ensure documentation is clear, consistent, and aligned with company standards
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives across documentation processes

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Previous experience in a Technical Author or Technical Writer role
Strong attention to detail with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
Excellent written communication skills
A collaborative approach and confidence working with technical stakeholders
