Your new role
As Technical Assistant, you’ll support the technical and quality functions across the site. Your responsibilities will include assisting with audits, maintaining documentation, ensuring compliance with food safety standards, and liaising with production to uphold quality throughout the process. You’ll play a key role in driving technical standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A background in food science, food technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience working in a food manufacturing or quality-focused environment (placement or post-grad).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
