Your new role

• Progressing and tracking referrals into the service.
• Completing needs and risk assessments.
• Providing advice and information to clients to enable positive outcomes.
• Assisting the Service Manager with operational management and staff supervision.

What you'll need to succeed

• A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle (business insurance required).
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Understanding of safeguarding and the ability to respond to concerns appropriately.
• Experience working with Travelling Communities or lived experience of the community is highly desirable.
