Team Assistant - Programme Leadership Team (3-Month Contract)

An Established and highly respected organisation operating within the global financial markets sector is seeking a proactive and organised Team Assistant to support its Programme Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a large-scale transformation programme and play a key role in ensuring its smooth day-to-day operation.
Your new role
As Team Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative, operational and coordination support to the Programme Leadership Team and wider programme stakeholders. Acting as a central point of contact, you will help keep the programme running efficiently through effective planning, organisation and stakeholder management.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating meetings
- Managing meeting logistics, room bookings and diary support where required
- Preparing presentations, reports and programme documentation
- Taking meeting minutes and tracking actions
- Supporting onboarding processes for new starters
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
- Managing expenses, purchase orders, invoices and financial administration
- Liaising with internal teams
- Organising team events, workshops, offsites and social activities
- Supporting the preparation and distribution of programme communications
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a Team Assistant within financial services
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure
- Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience within Financial Services or a regulated environment
