Team Assistant - Central Birmingham Temporary Contract

Confidential Opportunity – Team Assistant (6-Month Contract)
Location: Central Birmingham (Hybrid – 1–2 days WFH) Hours: 35 hours per week (Core: 9:00am – 5:00pm) Start Date: Immediate

We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to provide exceptional support to a group of senior Directors in a fast-paced, professional environment. This is a temporary 6-month contract offering hybrid working and the chance to work with a dynamic team.

About the Role
This varied role requires initiative, proactivity, flexibility, and discretion. You’ll be highly organised, enthusiastic, and keen to learn, with the ability to build strong relationships and adapt quickly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, book rooms and catering.
  • Prepare accurate documents, reports, and presentations using correct branding.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Process expense claims promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain CRM/Salesforce records.
  • Assist with business development events and training coordination.
  • Provide reception cover and support office facilities when needed.
  • Collaborate with administration colleagues to share tasks and cover absences.

About You
  • Previous PA/EA experience is advantageous, but strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
