We Are Looking For
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching within SEN, SEMH, mainstream, or alternative provision settings
  • Strong behaviour management skills
  • A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach
  • A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs
  • The ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
