✅ What we’re looking for:

A recognised TA qualification (or equivalent experience)
At least 40 days of recent experience working with children
A commitment to completing a full DBS check
Confidence supporting learning in primary classrooms
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Flexibility and adaptability in diverse learning environments
A solid grasp of the national curriculum and classroom management strategies
