About the Role

• Provide 1:1 and small group support
• Assist with tailored learning activities
• Support development of independence and communication skills
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement
• Support learners during lessons and break/unstructured times
• Work closely with teachers and support staff
• Monitor and record student progress
• Provide support with personal care where required (including assisting with daily routines and wellbeing)

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in SEN, education, care, or support work
• A patient, reliable, and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young people
• Ability to build positive relationships with learners
