Your New Role
- As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support learning and maintain a positive classroom environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily routines and learning activities.
- Supporting small groups or individual pupils, including 1:1 support if required.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
- Helping to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.

What You'll Need to Succeed
- Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
- A proactive, supportive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Confidence in assisting pupils with varying abilities.
