Your New Role
  • As a KS2 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support learning and maintain a positive classroom environment. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting with daily routines and learning activities.
  • Supporting small groups or individual pupils, including 1:1 support if required.
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
  • Helping to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting.
  • A proactive, supportive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Confidence in assisting pupils with varying abilities.
