What you’ll be doing:
Supporting children’s learning and development across EYFS
Assisting with daily routines, transitions, and activities
Providing one-to-one and small group support
Encouraging positive behaviour and social interaction
Creating a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
What you’ll need to succeed:
A Level 2 or above Teaching Assistant or Childcare qualification
Experience working in EYFS, ideally in a school setting
A nurturing, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting young children’s development
What you’ll get in return:
Competitive pay rates
