Your new role

Are you an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in Warrington? At Hays Education, we’re working closely with primary, secondary and specialist schools across the area who are seeking skilled practitioners to support pupils with a range of additional needs.

What you’ll be doing:
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support - Delivering tailored interventions
- Supporting emotional regulation and communication
- Working collaboratively with teachers and SENCOs
- Helping create inclusive, positive learning environments

What you'll need to succeed

We’re looking for Teaching Assistants with relevant qualifications as a TA and/or experience in supporting people with:
- Autism (ASC)
- SEMH and Behavioural Support
- Speech, language and communication needs
- Moderate to severe learning difficulties
- Sensory or physical needs
