• Support pupils with their learning across reading, writing, phonics, and early maths

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience supporting children in a primary classroom
• A calm, encouraging, and hands-on approach to guiding pupils through their learning journey
• Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset and a flexible attitude to team working.
• Passionate about helping children grow in confidence, build friendships, and achieve their full potential
