The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support pupils across the primary age range in the classroom.

- Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development.
- Build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience working with children, ideally within a school or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach.
- The ability to support pupils with varying needs and abilities.
- A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed.
Relevant qualifications are welcomed but not essential. Applications from individuals with childcare, youth work, care, coaching, or other transferable experience are encouraged.
