Your new role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons, work with small groups or individual pupils to boost learning, and help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment. You may also be involved in supporting pupils with additional needs, contributing to lesson planning, and assisting with classroom management. Roles are available in both mainstream and SEN settings, with flexibility to match your experience and preferences.

What you'll need to succeed
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Recent experience working in a school or educational setting
- A proactive and nurturing approach to supporting children’s learning
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
