Teaching Assistants required – January Start

Are you passionate about helping young people reach their full potential? We’re looking for a caring and committed Teaching Assistant to join a specialist educational setting that supports students with moderate to severe learning difficulties, autism spectrum conditions, and complex physical and medical needs.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide tailored support to students, helping them access learning and develop life skills.
  • Assist with personal care and mobility needs where required.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
  • Work closely with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive, nurturing classroom.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN (desirable but not essential).
  • A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
