Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs?
Hays Education is working in partnership with a specialist all-boys secondary school that supports pupils with SEMH needs, including autism and ADHD. We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately in a full-time, ongoing capacity.

About the Role: You will be supporting either:
  • A small Year 7 class of six pupils who are working at primary levels in both curriculum and emotional development. Your role will involve nurturing their academic progress while providing emotional support in a structured, calm environment. OR

What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Experience working with children or young people with SEMH, autism, or ADHD
  • A calm, resilient, and empathetic approach
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills
