Your new role

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to support pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social-emotional challenges.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant, SEND-specific training) is desirable but not essential.

What you'll get in return

  • Opportunities for professional development and training
  • Competitive rates of pay through Hays Education
  • Ongoing support from your dedicated Hays consultant
