Your new company

Hays Recruitment are proud to be supporting an Ofsted-rated "Good" high school in Northwich as they are looking to appoint a number of motivated and reliable teaching assistants for long-term contracts due to resignations and maternity cover. Your new role

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered in your application, you must have full "Right to Work" in the UK as well as a minimum of 40 days referenceable classroom experience within the last 2 years, as well as:

  • The ability to confidently deliver interventions and boosters in Maths and English
  • Experience supporting SEN
  • Experience implementing positive behaviour strategies

What you'll get in return

If you are successful in your application, you will receive the full support, dedication and guidance of a senior DfE accredited recruitment consultant, as well as a wide range of benefits, which include:

  • Free training
  • Upfront cost of DBS covered
  • Highly competitive rate of pay
  • Full holiday entitlement
  • Company pension scheme
  • Long-term contract
