• Small Group Intervention – helping pupils achieve their learning goals
• Behaviour Support Roles – working closely with students to promote positive engagement and learning behaviours

These roles are available on a short-term, long-term and permanent basis, providing flexibility whether you’re looking for consistent work or varied experience across different schools.

What we are looking for

We welcome applications from candidates who:

• Have experience working with children or young people (school-based experience is desirable but not essential)
• Are passionate about supporting student learning and development
• Are adaptable, proactive and able to build positive relationships
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills
