Your new role
As a supply Teaching Assistant, you’ll support classroom learning across various age groups and subjects. You’ll assist teachers with lesson delivery, work one-to-one or in small groups with pupils, and help create a positive and engaging learning environment. Roles may vary from day-to-day cover to longer-term placements depending on school needs and your availability.

- Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience preferred but not essential)
- A flexible and proactive approach to supporting learning
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
