Your new role
As a Primary Supply Teaching Assistant, you will:
  • Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 in line with school needs
  • Work with class teachers to deliver engaging learning activities
  • Provide 1:1 or small‑group support where required
  • Assist with behaviour management and classroom routines
  • Adapt quickly to different school environments and year groups
What you’ll need to succeed
  • Experience supporting children in a primary school or similar setting
  • A genuine passion for helping young pupils progress and succeed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and be available at short notice
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)
