Location: Primary Schools across Bradford
Start Date: ASAP

Are you a supportive and enthusiastic individual looking to make a difference in the classroom? We are working with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Bradford who are seeking reliable and adaptable Teaching Assistants to provide classroom support across EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping pupils engage with learning, supporting the class teacher, and contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom environment. Whether you’re looking for occasional work or something more regular, we can match you with placements that suit your availability and experience.

Who We’re Looking For:
We welcome applications from:
  • Experienced Teaching Assistants looking for flexible working arrangements.
  • Individuals with experience of working with primary-aged children for at least 20 days in the last two years looking to build on their skills in a school setting.
The ideal candidate will:
  • Be confident supporting children in small groups or on a one-to-one basis.
  • Be passionate about helping children thrive academically and socially in a school environment.
  • Be empathetic, adaptable, and confident in managing a range of needs.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have good knowledge of the English National Curriculum.
  • Work collaboratively with staff and families to ensure consistent support.
  • Be eligible to work in the UK.
