Your new role
This is a brilliant opportunity to work across Key Stage 1, supporting pupils with their learning and helping to create a positive, engaging classroom environment. You’ll work closely with the class teacher to deliver whole-class support, small group interventions, and one-to-one assistance where needed.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils across the KS1 curriculum
- Assisting with classroom routines, activities, and transitions
- Delivering small group and one-to-one support
- Helping manage behaviour and encourage positive interactions
- Contributing to a warm, inclusive, and focused learning space
What you’ll need to succeed:
- A Level 2 or above Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience working in a primary school setting, ideally in KS1
- A proactive, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to safeguarding and supporting all learners
