Location: Birkenhead
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant to join my client's early years team on a temporary, full-time basis. The successful candidate will work afternoons from Monday to Friday, supporting their early years educators in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for their young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and age-appropriate activities.
Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.
Observe and record children’s progress and provide feedback to parents and teachers.
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education.
Previous experience working with young children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A caring and patient attitude.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
