Your new role
You will support whole class learning, deliver small group interventions (such as maths and reading boosters), supervise classroom activities, and assist with preparing resources. Within the class, you will also provide additional support to two pupils with autism, helping to maintain engagement, support routines, and manage behaviour effectively. This role will involve a balance of general classroom support and targeted SEN support.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience working with KS2 pupils, a good understanding of the primary curriculum, and confidence supporting core subjects. Experience supporting children with autism or additional needs would be highly beneficial. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach are essential.
