Your new role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll support children with special educational needs in a KS1 or KS2 classroom. You’ll work alongside the teacher to manage daily routines and learning activities, assist small groups or provide 1:1 support, and help create a positive and engaging learning environment. Your ability to adapt and respond to individual needs will make a real difference every day.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant (essential)
A proactive and supportive attitude
Confidence in managing challenging behaviour and supporting children with additional needs
Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to follow the teacher’s directions
A genuine passion for education and helping children thrive
(Please note: Level 2 qualification is not required for this role, but SEN experience is essential.)
