Your new role
As a General Teaching Assistant in a Year 3 classroom, you’ll work closely with the class teacher to support daily routines and learning activities.

What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
Level 2 or above qualification in childcare or education
A proactive, supportive attitude and strong communication skills
Confidence in managing classroom routines and assisting pupils with different needs
Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for education
