Your new role

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work alongside teachers to support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development. You’ll help deliver engaging lessons, provide one-to-one and small group support, and contribute to a positive learning environment.

• Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons
• Support pupils with varying needs, including SEND
• Help manage classroom behaviour and routines
• Provide feedback to teachers on pupil progress
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be considered for the role, you must:

• Experience working with children in an educational setting
• A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 TA Certificate) is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic approach
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
