Hays Education are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support a variety of primary schools in the South Warwickshire area on an agency basis. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for flexible work, whether you’re seeking day-to-day supply, short-term placements, or longer-term roles within welcoming and supportive school environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
- Working with small groups or 1:1 with pupils
- Assisting children with varying needs, including SEN (where applicable)
- Helping to create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting classroom management and behaviour
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working with children (school-based experience desirable)
- A nurturing and patient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ, or equivalent) are advantageous but not essential.
