SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Coventry

Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm

Schedule: Full Time, Monday – Friday

Opportunities: Temp‑to‑Perm after just 12 weeks!

Your new role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide one‑to‑one and classroom support to learners with SEND.
  • Assist with personal care routines where required.
  • Help implement individual education plans.
  • Promote independence, positive behaviour, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Support classroom activities and resources.
  • Build strong relationships with learners, staff, and families.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Comfortable supporting learners with personal care routines.
  • Experience working with young people in either care settings or schools will be considered.
  • A patient, caring, and resilient approach.

  • A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs.
